preparations to the first race of the season "La Marseillaise"

Last two weeks have been quite difficult. The workload was high with lots of specific training such as sprints, mountain climbs and time trials which aim was to get fit before races. This week I'm going to ride with steady speed without any specific exercises to accumulate the strength before "La Marseillaise". The race is 148kms long so I have to be quite active in the beginning.
