one week after the plaster was taken off

It's been almost one week since the plaster was taken off. I still limp and I have difficulty in walking but there are signs of improvement. I am now able to walk up the stairs though I can't properly walk down the stairs. The biggest problem however is not the pain but the fact that I can't fully bend my leg and I can't make the full turn on the bike. I'm still optimist cause if I compare it to the last week condition now it's much better and I hope that next week I will be able to make the first ride.
