bike emotions in Vendee

We've just returned from the sports camp in Vendee. We didn't have the internet connection so I wasn't able to show any details during the week.  However I can't complain because even if the wind was strong and it rained every day we did what we were supposed to do. We cycled between 3 and 4 hours every day and we practised sprints. I was in good shape. We received the new cyfac bikes however we haven't tried them yet. I don't want to use my bike until I come back from Poland the 4th of January.
