bike position

Yesterday we were on "a school trip" i a cyfac factory to a djust our bike position. I must tell you that they made a good job. They measured my legs, arms, chest in hundreds of different ways to make the optimal position. Hopefully it's not much different from the one I had before but I hope that these few adjustments will help me to cycle faster. If it doesn't fit I don't have to worry about because they have already prepared a standard frame for me just in case I don't feel the new one. In total we will have five different frames apparently the most expensive in the peleton. I took a few photos in the factory so that you can see what it looks like. I hope that you enjoy them even though the quality is not the best one (the photos are above) Tomorrow we are going on our first training camp. Only two days just to make new friends.

Kurczaki... Dzisiaj trochę pocisnąłem. Przejechałem 95 km ale w tym 30 w całkowitej ciemności. Miałem tylne światełko, ale chyba to za mało. Nie zdawałem sobie sprawy, że tak szybko robi się ciemno. Muszę wyjeżdżać trochę wcześniej.

Cycling at night

I guess I exaggerated with my my training a little bit. I cycled about 95kms however 30 kms in total darkness. I forgot that it gets dark so early. I had a rear light but it's not enough. I've got to avoid such workouts.

Budowanie masy

Siedzę i piję shaka białkowego. Silne nogi raczej sie przydadzą. Przydałby się kilogram mięśnia na nogach. Zobaczymy :) W czwartek jadę do naszego producenta rowerów na mierzenie pozycji. Zobaczymy czy różni się ona od tej, którą miałem do tej pory.

Mass Gainer

I'm sitting and drinking a protein shake. The training was not too demanding but next season I'll need strong legs. Longer distances nad more racing days will make a difference. On Wednesday I'm going to some specialists who will measure me from my head to feet to prepare a correct bike position. We will see how it's different from the one I've had so far :)
